Cinemas across the world have reported huge queues as audiences turned out in force from 0.01am, 30th September into the opening weekend to watch No Time To Die. In the UK the film has had a bigger three-day opening weekend than both Skyfall and Spectre, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2021 – and since the pandemic began – after just four days in cinemas.
Daniel Craig’s last outing as Bond has garnered widespread five star ratings, including The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, Time Out, Daily Mirror and BBC. The Times reports “It’s better than good, it’s magnificent”, “Daniel Craig delivers the best of 007”. Time Out has described it as “A feast of heart and spectacle”, while the Daily Mail says “The kind of thrills that must be experienced on the biggest screen you can find”.
No Time To Die is released in the US on Friday.
